Game nights & special events
- Select a green game night or pink special-event date, then choose your available start and end times.
- Sign-ups close two hours before each slot starts.
1-on-1 sessions
- Blue dates are for approved followers to request private sessions, with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- A game night or special event blocks private requests for that whole day.
After you book
- Your reservation appears in My bookings below.
- Confirmation and server details are sent by email.
- If you can’t make it, cancel your booking so someone else can take the spot.
- All calendar times are Eastern.
